Refund and Cancellation
What is your return policy?
- We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery of the order.
- Please ensure while returning, the product and the packaging are in the same condition as it was delivered.
- If you have received a defective product, send us images at care.playalaaab@gmail.com and we will get back to you
- If you have to return anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted. If there is a manufacturing issue, or if you have any other queries regarding this, you can contact us on the number or email us at care.playalaab@gmail.com
- Gift cards/ vouchers are non-refundable.
- Card/ Wallet/ UPI/ Netbanking: Directly credited to the original source of payment
- Cash on delivery: Refund will be initiated once we receive the bank account details from the customer.
- Customer will provide return shipping, refund will be initiated into the bank after deduction of return shipping.
Exclusions from the return policy
The following items are excluded from our return policy:
Masks, Decorative products, Beauty, Knickers, Knicker Packs, Swimwear, Shapewear, Toiletries, Jewellery, Thermals/Heatgen, personalised items and/or any products with a broken seal & wich contains liquid part. Some of the items may have their own terms and conditions which will be product specific.
When do I receive a refund?
Our courier partner will pick up the product from you within 7 days and shall process the refund on completion of quality check. The pickup to refund processing takes around 6-8 days. We will also send a confirmation email to you on refund processing
